Reporting Your Budget
Completed budgets are due to the University Budget Office by March 28, 2008.

Note that the data marts are updated daily, overnight, Monday through Friday. Adjustments made in CPBS after about 6:00 pm are not likely to appear in the data mart update for that day and changes made over the weekend will not be available until Tuesday.
There are three steps for reporting your budget to the University Budget Office.
- After you have completed your budget in CPBS, use the Brio-Hyperion Portal to access the Budget-Trustee-Final-REPTS document, and run B510 Current Budget Report for your organization or college. Make sure you select the most recent CPBS extract date (usually the prior day's date or Friday's date if you are running reports on a Monday) as your "timekey". Please review the results to make sure your budget is accurate and complete.
- Once you have reviewed the B510 Current Budget Report, please complete the Trustee Budget Narrative (word) report and save on your computer. If you prefer to use paper, you may print the Trustee Budget Narrative (pdf) and complete by hand.
- Notify the Budget Office that your budget is complete. Please send an e-mail to Rose Wright at rfw1@cornell.edu stating that your budget is complete, and attach your completed Trustee Budget Narrative report to the e-mail. If you completed the form manually, you may send your completed form of the Trustee Budget Narrative report via campus mail to University Budget Office, 395 Pine Tree Rd, Suite 130, Attention Rose Wright, or fax it to Rose’s attention at 5-0890.
